How do you open a donation pool on deviant Art?
Well I don’t know if you have to pay to open a donation pool (I couldn’t since I don’t have paypal), if someone has to give you points, or how to find it on deviant art. Any help would be appreciated 
I tried going onto the points page and couldn’t find anything about starting a donation pool.

There should be an option there for opening a donation pool, I believe. Oh, and it’s free to start one.
