Symbols / Art for walls?

Hi , I’m looking for a symbol for my wall that means something, like a mandala or a flower or something nice with strong colors, but the idea of it is that it means something, it could be african, hindu, maori, tibetan, NOT CHINESE LETTERS! thank you, please post pictures
don’t make it so complicated please, I want to make it myself

Why not just make your own mandala, that way it can mean something to you because you can add to it things that are important. Here’s a good website on designing your own mandala:

Another symbol that could work for you is the yin-yang. It symbolizes balance(good/bad, chaos/harmony, negative/positive) and can be easy to incorporate into art. Traditionally, it is done in black and white like this:

Google yin-yang art OR yin-yang traditional art and you will see lots of examples of how people incorporate this well known symbol into art.
